Rhiannon Ray is the owner and manager of Body Sculpt PT.

With Rhiannon's extensive knowledge and experience over the past 20 plus years of being a Personal trainer, business owner, wife and mum she knows first hand what it takes to stay on track, get results and maintain your goals. 

My Passion is health and fitness.  I am in my element when I am helping people achieve their goals.  Whether it be weight loss management, resistance training or onging nutritional guidance, we will achieve your goals.  I enjoy keeping up-to-date with interesting and exciting methods to help my clients achieve results.  I am energetic, motivating and an enthusiastic trainer who supports and educates you along your journey to reach your goals. 

I specialise in Body Sculpting, Weight loss and Strength Training.

I Personally write fitness and resistance training programs that will make achieving your goal, and keeping them possible.  You will reap the benefits from having a specialised program with personalised guidance and motivation.

Initial Consultation and Assessment

At this assessment we will establish your goals.  To get where you want to go you have to know where you are starting.  This assessment establishes your fitness, strength and flexibilty.

Your body composition, body fat and lean muscle mass will also be calcualted.  Continual Reassessments throughout your course will monitor your results, to make sure you are getting what you want.
