At this assessment we will establish your goals. To get where you want to go you have to know where you are starting. This assessment establishes your fitness, strength and flexibilty.
Your body composition, body fat and lean muscle mass will also be calcualted. Continual Reassessments throughout your course will monitor your results, to make sure you are getting what you want.
